Issue 2 features in-depth Dive Portraits of Truk Lagoon with its famous WWII wrecks aboard the Truk Odyssey. We also did some diving in the marine preserve on Bonaire, with our hosts at Sand Dollar Condominiums. Next up there was a trip to the Cay Sal Bank with the Nekton Rorqual, which was both fun and exciting. Last but not least is a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Wakatobi Dive Resort, where the house reef provides some of the best diving in the world, along with a number of pristine reefs.
In the Reports section, underwater photographer Eric Cheng discusses digital photography, and we chat with representatives of the Reef Environmental Education Foundation (REEF) and NOAA, the government body that takes care of our oceans in the USA. We also covered Amoray Dive Resort in Key Largo, one of the hidden gems of Florida diving.
Issue 2 is full of diving stories for the diver who wants to explore the best marine life that our watery planet has to offer.
